Roles & Permissions
Salesvora keeps access control simple on purpose — two roles, no confusing permission grids to manage.
The two roles#
- Owner (Admin) — full access to everything: all leads, all reports, team management and every setting. The first person to sign up for a business is the owner.
- Counselor (Team member) — a focused view of their own work: only their assigned leads, their own follow-ups, and their personal pipeline.
Why so simple?. Small sales teams don't need enterprise permission matrices. Two roles cover the real need — owners run the business, counselors work their leads — with zero setup.
Capability matrix#

How assignment ties in#
A counselor's world is defined by what's assigned to them. Owners distribute and reassign leads from Team Management; everything a counselor sees — dashboard numbers, pipeline cards, follow-up lists — flows from that assignment. This keeps each person's view clean and their focus clear.
Roles operate entirely within your isolated organization — read Data & Privacy for how that isolation works.
