WhatsApp Campaigns

Send an approved WhatsApp template to a filtered slice of your leads — then find out which template actually wins deals, not just which one gets opened.

Plan availability. Campaigns require a connected WhatsApp number. Pro includes 4 campaigns per month; Max is unlimited. See Plans & Pricing.

Sending a campaign#

This is how you send the same WhatsApp message to many leads at once — a bulk or broadcast send. In the app it lives under Campaigns in the left sidebar.

1

Open Campaigns

Open Campaigns and start a new campaign.
2

Pick a template

Choose one of your approved WhatsApp templates and fill in its variables. Only templates Meta has approved can be sent — see Message Templates.
3

Build the audience

Filter your leads by city, service interest, source, stage, when they came in, or how many days they've been inactive. The recipient count updates as you filter.
4

Review

Check the rendered message and the exact list of recipients before anything sends.
5

Send

Messages go out through your WhatsApp number, and every send is logged against the lead.
Junk leads are left out. Leads in a Junk stage are automatically excluded from campaign audiences, so fake enquiries never eat into your send volume. See Pipeline Stages.

Performance#

The Performance tab compares your templates side by side, so you can stop guessing which message works:

MetricWhat it measures
DeliveredOf the messages sent, how many WhatsApp actually delivered.
ReadOf delivered messages, how many were opened.
ReplyOf delivered messages, how many got a reply — the fast signal of a good message.
ConvertedOf delivered messages, how many reached a Won stage within 30 days — the true signal.

Rates are calculated off delivered messages, so templates sent to audiences of different sizes stay comparable. The winner in each column is highlighted, and a “send the winner to more leads” shortcut sits at the top.

Small samples are dimmed, not trusted. A template with fewer than 100 delivered messages is greyed out and pushed to the bottom — a 100% reply rate from three sends isn't a winner, it's noise.
Tracking starts when a campaign sends. Performance data is collected going forward from the moment a campaign goes out. Campaigns sent before this tracking existed show blank rates.
