Before you start#
You need two things in place on Meta's side:
- A Facebook Page for your business that you're an admin of.
- A verified Meta Business account — if you haven't verified yet, follow steps 1–2 of the WhatsApp guide; it's the same one-time business verification.

Connecting more pages#
Run ads from several Pages? Click Connect another page and repeat. Each connected Page shows its live sync status, and you can disconnect any Page at any time — leads already in Salesvora stay put; only future syncing stops.
Where your ad leads land#
Facebook leads behave like any other lead: they appear in your leads list and on the pipeline, can be assigned to a counsellor, and show up in Leads by Source so you can compare ad performance against your other channels. On Max, the Lead Qualifier agent can greet and qualify them automatically.
Common issues#
“No pages found”#
Make sure you're an admin (not just an editor) of at least one Facebook Page, and that you granted all requested permissions during login. Re-run Connect Meta Account and accept each permission.
Leads aren't coming through#
Confirm the Page shows a green “Live” status in Settings → Meta Ads, and that your ad uses Meta's Lead Ads(Instant Form) objective — link-click ads don't produce leads to sync.
