Settings
A small set of settings make Salesvora feel like it was built for your specific business.
Most settings are owner-only and apply to the whole organization; a few personal preferences are per-user. Here's what you can tune.
Business settings#
Customize the Service Interestfield label to match your industry's vocabulary, so the whole team speaks the same language as your customers:

Notification settings#
Owners control how and when reminders go out:
- Toggle channels on or off — Email and Telegram (SMS and WhatsApp coming soon).
- Set reminder timing — from 15 minutes up to 1 day before a follow-up.
- Manage each team member's Telegram Chat ID.
- See visual status indicators confirming each channel is configured.

Web form settings#
Generate and copy your embeddable form snippet, and preview the form live — covered in detail under Web Forms.
Column customization#
A personal preference rather than an org setting: on the leads table you can show, hide and reorder columns. Your layout is saved and persists across sessions and devices.
Who can change what. Business, notification and web-form settings are owner-only. Column customization is per-user. See Roles & Permissions.
