Getting into your account — securely, and without friction.

Signing up#

You can create an account two ways:

  • Email & password — register with your work email and a password.
  • Continue with Google — one click, no password to remember.

The first account for a business becomes the Owner and an organization is created for it.

Email verification#

Email/password sign-ups must verify their email before their first login — we send a verification link to confirm the address is real and yours. Google sign-ups are verified automatically, since Google has already confirmed the address.

Didn't get the email?. Check spam, and make sure you entered the right address. You can request a fresh verification link from the check-email screen.

Logging in#

Log in at app.salesvora.com/sign-in with whichever method you signed up with. If you registered with Google, use the Google button — there's no separate password on the account.

Password reset#

Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password” link to receive a secure reset link by email, set a new password, and you're back in.

Team invitations#

Owners add teammates by sending an email invitation from Team Management. The invitee follows the link, sets up their account, verifies their email, and joins your organization as a counselor.

Use Google for the smoothest start. Signing up with Google skips the verification step entirely and means one less password to manage across your team.
