Billing & Subscription

Upgrade in a couple of clicks, change your mind anytime, and stay in control of renewals.

Salesvora bills through Razorpay, India's standard payments platform, so you can pay with UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. Your subscription is tied to your organization, not an individual user.

Choosing a billing cycle#

Every paid plan offers monthly or annual billing. Annual is priced at roughly ten months for twelve — see the savings on each plan in Plans & Pricing. You can switch cycles when you upgrade or renew.

Upgrading#

Upgrade from Free → Pro or Pro → Maxat any time. The new plan's features and limits unlock as soon as your first payment succeeds. Higher plans raise your team-member and lead limits immediately.

Downgrading & cancellation#

You can downgrade or cancel whenever you like. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which the account moves to the lower plan. Your data is never deleted by a downgrade — if you exceed the new plan's limits, existing leads stay put; the limits simply apply to new activity.

Nothing is lost on downgrade. Dropping to Free keeps all your historical leads and reports. You just return to Free's limits for new leads, team size and web forms.

Renewals & reminders#

Paid plans renew automatically through Razorpay at the end of each cycle. Salesvora also sends a renewal reminder email ahead of time, so a renewal never takes you by surprise and you have a chance to update a card or change plans first.

Invoices & receipts#

Each successful payment generates a receipt you can use for your records. Billing emails — upgrades, renewals and reminders — are sent to your account email automatically.

Lower your bill. Before you renew, check the Referral Program — referring even one business that upgrades earns you a free month, stackable up to a year.
