How it works#

Upload your file

Drop in a CSV or Excel file with your existing lead data. Salesvora detects your columns and row count.

Map your columns

Match each spreadsheet column to a Salesvora field — Name, Phone, Email, Source, Service Interest and more. Mapping is smart, so obvious matches are pre-filled.

Import

Confirm, and hundreds of leads land in your account in one go.
Duplicates are skipped. Rows whose phone number already exists in your account are skipped automatically — so you can safely re-import an updated spreadsheet without creating duplicate leads.

Tips for a clean import#

  • Put one lead per row, with a header row naming each column.
  • Make sure phone numbers are in a single column — that's the duplicate key.
  • You don't need every field; Name and Phone are enough to create a lead.
  • Unmapped columns are simply ignored, so extra data in your sheet won't cause errors.
