Pipeline Board

A visual, drag-and-drop board that keeps every deal in view — drag a card to a new column and its status updates everywhere, instantly.

The pipeline turns your list of leads into a board you can read in a glance. Each column is a stage; each card is a lead. Moving work forward is as simple as dragging a card to the right.

The Kanban board — columns show a live count, cards show owner and contact at a glance.

The seven stages#

StageMeaning
NewFresh lead, no action taken yet.
ContactedInitial contact has been made.
UnreachableUnable to reach the lead.
InterestedThe lead has shown interest.
WonDeal successfully closed.
ClosedDeal is complete.
LostThe lead did not convert.

For a deeper description of when to use each, see Pipeline Stages.

What you can do#

  • Drag to update — move a card to a new column and the lead's status changes immediately, no save needed.
  • Read at a glance — each card shows the lead's name, contact and assigned owner.
  • See volume per stage — every column shows a live count of the leads inside it.
Spot bottlenecks fast. A column that keeps growing is a signal. A pile-up in Contactedusually means follow-ups aren't happening — head to Follow-ups. A pile-up in Interested means deals are ready to be closed.

Owners vs. counselors#

Owners see the whole organization's pipeline. Counselors see a board of theirassigned leads only — a clean, personal view of the deals they're responsible for. See Roles & Permissions for the full breakdown.
