Quick Start

From sign-up to your first managed lead in about five minutes — no setup call, no IT help.

This guide walks an owner through the fastest path to value: create an account, add a lead, and schedule a follow-up so nothing slips. Every step links to the deeper feature docs if you want more detail.

1. Create your account#

Sign up

Go to app.salesvora.com/sign-up and register with your email and a password, or continue with Google.

Verify your email

If you signed up with email/password, click the verification link we send you. Google sign-ups are verified automatically.

Land on your dashboard

You arrive on an empty dashboard, greeted by name. This becomes your daily home base once leads start flowing in.

The first account created for a business becomes the Owner. Learn what that unlocks in Roles & Permissions.

2. Add your first lead#

You can add leads one at a time, or bulk-import an existing spreadsheet. For now, let's add one by hand.

Open Leads → Add Lead

Click Leads in the sidebar, then the Add Lead button in the top-right.

Enter the essentials

Name and phone are all you need. Optionally add an email, choose a source, and set the service interest.

Save

Your lead appears in the table with the status New.

Migrating from a spreadsheet. Have hundreds of contacts already? Skip manual entry and use CSV Import — map your columns once and Salesvora skips duplicates automatically.

3. Schedule a follow-up#

The single habit that wins more deals: never end a conversation without a next step.

Open the lead profile

Click the lead's name to open their profile, with tabs for Notes, Call Log and Follow-ups.

Add a follow-up

Pick a date and time, and add a short note like “Send proposal”.

Get reminded

Salesvora can ping you by email or Telegram before it's due. Configure this in Notifications.

4. Work your pipeline#

As you talk to leads, drag their cards across the Pipeline Board — from New to Won. Status updates instantly, and your dashboard and reports update with it.
