Media Library

A picture answers “what does it look like?” faster than three paragraphs. Upload your brochures and let the AI send them at the right moment.

The Media Library holds the images your AI agent can send on WhatsApp — fee structures, floor plans, course curriculums, product photos, before-and-afters. You upload them once and describe when each should be used.

Adding an asset#

1

Upload the image

Open Settings → Media Library and upload your file.
2

Give it a clear name

Something specific, like “Web Dev Course Fee Structure” — not “image1”.
3

Add tags

Short keywords such as coaching, fees, pricing. These help the agent narrow down candidates.
4

Describe what it shows

This is the important one. Write what a person would see in the image and when it answers a question — for example, “Shows the 6-month course curriculum and the installment breakdown of ₹25,000.”
The description is what the AI reads. Your agent doesn't look at the picture — it reads your description to decide whether this is the right asset to send. A vague description means the wrong brochure, or none at all. Be concrete about what's in the image and what question it answers.

How the AI uses it#

When a lead asks something a picture answers better than text — “what are the fees?”, “can I see the layout?” — the agent picks the closest matching asset and sends it in the WhatsApp conversation, then carries on talking. Everything it sends is logged on the lead's conversation.

Media vs. Catalogue. Use the Media Library for visuals — brochures and photos. Use the Catalogue for the structured list of what you sell and what it costs, which the agent quotes exactly and can send as tappable options.
  • FAQs — the written answers behind your agent.
  • Catalogue — offerings and prices.
  • Automations — when the agent speaks at all.
