Connecting your account#

Find your Chat ID

The notification settings page includes a step-by-step guide to finding your Telegram Chat ID.

Add it in Settings

Each team member adds their Chat ID in Settings → Notifications. Visual status indicators confirm the channel is configured correctly.

Start the bot

Open a chat with @salesvora_botso it can message you, and you're set.

What the bot sends#

  • Follow-up reminders — a direct message before a follow-up is due, at the timing you choose in Follow-ups.
  • Lead notifications — a heads-up when a lead is assigned to you.
Owners control the channel. The Telegram channel can be toggled on or off for the whole organization by the owner, alongside email — see Settings.
Pair it with email. Many teams enable both email and Telegram, so a reminder reaches them wherever they are. SMS and WhatsApp channels are coming soon.
