Connecting your account#

Get your Chat ID

Open Telegram and send any message to @userinfobot. It replies instantly with your numeric Chat ID (for example 957604636).

Add it in Salesvora

Go to Settings → Telegram and paste that number into the Telegram Chat ID field next to the team member's name.

Start the bot

The team member opens @salesvora_bot on Telegram and sends /start.
Step 3 is not optional. Telegram does not let a bot message someone who has never started a chat with it. Until the team member sends /start to @salesvora_bot, no reminders reach them — even when the Chat ID is saved correctly.

What the bot sends#

  • Follow-up reminders — a direct message before a follow-up is due, at the timing you choose in Follow-ups.
  • Lead notifications — a heads-up when a lead is assigned to you.
Owners control the channel. The Telegram channel can be toggled on or off for the whole organization by the owner, alongside email — see Settings.
Pair it with another channel. Many teams enable more than one channel, so a reminder reaches them wherever they are. Email, SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram can all be switched on together under Settings → Notifications.
