Getting started#
Is there really a free plan?
Yes — Free is free forever, no credit card required. It covers 50 leads/month (150 lifetime), one user and one web form. See Plans & Pricing.
How long does setup take?
Most owners are managing real leads within five minutes. Follow the Quick Start.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Salesvora runs in your browser at app.salesvora.com — nothing to download.
Leads & data#
Can I import my existing leads?
Yes — upload a CSV or Excel file, map your columns, and Salesvora skips duplicates by phone number. See CSV Import.
What happens if I delete a lead by mistake?
It goes to trash and can be restored for 30 days before permanent removal. Nothing is lost to a misclick.
Can I export my data?
Anytime — export the leads table to Excel from the Leads page. Your data is yours.
Team & access#
What's the difference between an Owner and a Counselor?
Owners have full access; counselors see only their assigned leads, follow-ups and pipeline. Full matrix in Roles & Permissions.
How many team members can I add?
1 on Free, up to 3 on Pro, and up to 15 on Max. See Plans & Pricing.
Can two businesses share an account?
No — each business is an isolated organization with its own data. Learn why in Data & Privacy.
Notifications#
How do reminders reach me?
By email and/or Telegram, at a timing you choose (15 minutes to 1 day before). SMS and WhatsApp are coming soon. See Follow-ups.
How do I connect Telegram?

How do I connect WhatsApp?
You connect your own WhatsApp Business number via Meta's Cloud API. We have a full no-code walkthrough — see the WhatsApp guide. Available on Pro and Max.
Do I need to verify my business with Facebook?
Yes — Meta requires a one-time business verification before you can message customers on WhatsApp or sync Facebook lead ads. The WhatsApp guide walks through it, and the same verification covers Meta Ads.
What can the AI agents actually do?

Billing#
How do I pay?
Through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. Choose monthly or annual billing. See Billing.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep your historical leads and reports; the lower plan's limits apply to new activity.
How does the referral reward work?
Refer a business; when they make their first payment, you both get a free month. Details in Referral Program.
