Getting started#

Is there really a free plan?

Yes — Free is free forever, no credit card required. It covers 50 leads/month (150 lifetime), one user and one web form. See Plans & Pricing.

How long does setup take?

Most owners are managing real leads within five minutes. Follow the Quick Start.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Salesvora runs in your browser at app.salesvora.com — nothing to download.

Leads & data#

Can I import my existing leads?

Yes — upload a CSV or Excel file, map your columns, and Salesvora skips duplicates by phone number. See CSV Import.

What happens if I delete a lead by mistake?

It goes to trash and can be restored for 30 days before permanent removal. Nothing is lost to a misclick.

Can I export my data?

Anytime — export the leads table to Excel from the Leads page. Your data is yours.

Team & access#

What's the difference between an Owner and a Team member?

Owners have full access; team members see only their assigned leads, follow-ups and pipeline. Full matrix in Roles & Permissions.

How many team members can I add?

1 on Free, up to 5 on Pro, and up to 15 on Max. See Plans & Pricing.

Can two businesses share an account?

No — each business is an isolated organization with its own data. Learn why in Data & Privacy.

By email, SMS, WhatsApp and/or Telegram, at a timing you choose (10 minutes to 1 day before). Turn the channels on under Settings → Notifications in the Team Member Reminders section. See Follow-ups.

How do I connect Telegram?

Add your Telegram Chat ID in Settings → Notifications and start a chat with @salesvora_bot. Steps in Telegram Bot.

WhatsApp & AI#

How do I connect WhatsApp?

You connect your own WhatsApp Business number via Meta's Cloud API. We have a full no-code walkthrough — see the WhatsApp guide. Available on Pro and Max.

Do I need to verify my business with Facebook?

Yes — Meta requires a one-time business verification before you can message customers on WhatsApp or sync Facebook lead ads. The WhatsApp guide walks through it, and the same verification covers Meta Ads.

What can the AI agents actually do?

Can the AI message leads on WhatsApp automatically?

Channels & campaigns#

Can I message lots of leads at once?

Yes — send an approved WhatsApp template to a filtered audience with Campaigns, then compare templates on reply and conversion rate. Pro includes 4 campaigns a month; Max is unlimited.

Why do I need an approved template?

WhatsApp only allows free-text replies within 24 hours of a lead messaging you. To start a conversation outside that window you need a template Meta has approved — see Message Templates.

Can I capture leads from Google Ads or IndiaMART?

Yes. Google Ads delivers lead form submissions to a webhook instantly, and IndiaMART enquiries are pulled in every five minutes. Both are on Pro and Max.

Mobile#

Is there a mobile app?

There is an Android companion app that logs your team's business calls automatically and syncs them to the CRM. Download it from salesvora.com/download.

Does the app record calls?

No. It never records or listens to audio — it logs only the number, time and duration so your deal timeline stays accurate.

Billing#

How do I pay?

Through Razorpay — UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. Choose monthly or annual billing. See Billing.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. You keep your historical leads and reports; the lower plan's limits apply to new activity.

How does the referral reward work?

Refer a business; when they make their first payment, you both get a free month. Details in Referral Program.
