Inviting a team member#

Send an invite

From the Team page, invite a member by email. They receive an invitation to join your organization.

They accept & verify

The invitee sets up their account and verifies their email. Until then they show as Pending.

They're active

Once verified they appear as Active and can be assigned leads.

Assigning & reassigning leads#

Every lead has an owner. Assign leads to specific members when they come in, and reassign at any time — when someone is out, when territories change, or to balance the load. A counselor only ever sees and works the leads assigned to them.

The two roles#
