Knowledge Base

Your AI agents are only as good as what they know. The Knowledge Base is where you teach them about your business — in plain questions and answers.

Each entry is a question and the answer you'd want a customer to hear. The FAQ Responder and Lead Qualifier draw on these to reply accurately, even at 2 AM.

Adding entries#

1

Open the Knowledge Base

In the app, go to Settings → Knowledge Base and click Add FAQ.
2

Write a question and answer

Phrase the question the way a customer would ask it (“What are your fees?”, “Do you offer a demo?”) and give a clear, friendly answer.
3

Sync to AI

After adding or editing entries, click Sync to AI. This updates the agents' searchable index so they immediately use your latest answers.
Always sync after changes. Adding an entry isn't enough on its own — the agents use a synced index. Click Sync to AIwhenever you add, edit or delete entries, or your changes won't reach the agents.

What to put in it#

Good first entries for almost any business:

  • Pricing — plans, fees, instalments, discounts.
  • Services — what you offer and what you don't.
  • Logistics — hours, location, contact, how to book.
  • Objections — common doubts and your best response.
  • Process — what happens after someone signs up.
Write like you talk. The answers are sent to real leads, so keep them warm and concise. If an answer needs a human (a custom quote, a sensitive case), the FAQ Responder will escalate rather than guess — see AI Agents.

Searching & pruning#

As your Knowledge Base grows, use the search box to find an entry quickly, and delete anything outdated. Fewer, accurate entries beat many contradictory ones — re-sync after any cleanup.
