Salesvora
Getting Started

Core Concepts

Four ideas explain almost everything in Salesvora. Learn them once and the rest of the docs read like common sense.

Lead

A person or business you might sell to.

Pipeline

The stages a lead moves through.

Organization

Your isolated workspace and team.

Role

What a given user is allowed to do.

Leads#

A lead is the central record in Salesvora — every prospect you might sell to. Each lead carries core contact details plus the context your team builds up over time:

  • Name, phone, email — core contact info (only name and phone are required).
  • Source — where the lead came from. See Lead Sources.
  • Status — the current pipeline stage. See Pipeline Stages.
  • Service interest — what they want; the label is customizable per business.
  • Assigned owner — the team member responsible for the lead.
  • Activity — notes, call logs and follow-ups attached to the lead over time.
Soft delete. Deleting a lead moves it to trash, where it can be restored for 30 days before it is permanently removed. You never lose data to a misclick.

Pipeline & status#

The pipelineis the path from first contact to closed deal. A lead's status is simply which stage it sits in right now. Salesvora ships seven stages:

New Contacted Unreachable Interested Won Closed Lost

Changing a lead's status — whether from its profile or by dragging its card on the Pipeline Board — updates it everywhere, including the dashboard and reports.

Organizations & multi-tenancy#

When you sign up, Salesvora creates an organization (a tenant) for your business. Every lead, follow-up, report and setting lives inside it, and is completely isolated from every other organization on the platform. Teammates you invite join the same organization and share its data according to their role.

Your data is yours. Multi-tenant isolation means no other business can ever see your leads, and your team only sees what their role permits. More in Data & Privacy.

Roles#

Salesvora keeps roles deliberately simple — there are two:

  • Owner (Admin) — full access to all leads, all reports, team management and every setting.
  • Counselor (Team Member) — sees only their assigned leads, their own follow-ups and their personal pipeline view.

The full capability matrix lives in Roles & Permissions.

How it fits together#

A lead enters your organization, is assigned to a user based on their role, and moves through the pipeline as your team works it. Every feature in these docs is just a different lens on that one loop — read Where Salesvora Livesnext to see the website and app you'll be working in.
