Your leads are your business. Here's how Salesvora keeps them isolated, secure and fully under your control.

Multi-tenant isolation#

Salesvora is multi-tenant: every organization is a separate tenant, and all of its data — leads, follow-ups, reports, settings — is scoped to that tenant. No other business on the platform can see your data, and within your organization, roles ensure team members only see what they should.

Isolated by design. Tenant scoping isn't a setting you can forget to enable — it's built into how every query runs, so isolation is the default, always.

Encryption & secure connections#

All traffic to Salesvora — the website and the app — is served over HTTPS, with HSTS enforced so browsers always use a secure connection. Modern security headers protect against common web attacks.

Authentication security#

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Email verification confirms account ownership, and Google sign-in lets you avoid passwords entirely. See Authentication for the full flow.

Your data, your control#

Export — download your leads to Excel anytime from the leads table.
Soft delete & restore — deleted leads sit in trash for 30 days before permanent removal, so a misclick is never fatal.
Account deletion — you can request deletion of your account and data; the Salesvora team processes these requests.

Payments#

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Salesvora never stores your full card details — that sensitive data lives with the PCI-compliant payment provider, not in your CRM. More in Billing & Subscription.
