What a lead holds#
- Name, phone, email — core contact info.
- Source — where it came from; see Lead Sources.
- Status — its current pipeline stage.
- Service interest — what they want (the label is customizable per business in Settings).
- Assigned to — the owning team member.
- Custom fields — any extra info your business tracks.
Working with leads#
- Add leads one at a time, or bulk import from CSV.
- Search instantly by name or phone number.
- Filter by status, source, assigned member or service interest.
- Export the current view to Excel.
- Soft-delete — removed leads sit in trash, restorable for 30 days.
- Customize columns — show, hide and reorder table columns; your layout is saved across sessions.
Duplicates handled for you. When importing, leads matched by phone number are skipped automatically, so re-importing a spreadsheet won't create duplicates.
The lead profile#
Click any lead to open its profile — a full history in one place, with three activity tabs:
- Notes — timestamped notes stamped with who wrote them.
- Call Log — record call summaries and duration.
- Follow-ups — schedule and track next steps, with visual overdue indicators.
