What a lead holds#

  • Name, phone, email — core contact info.
  • Source — where it came from; see Lead Sources.
  • Status — its current pipeline stage.
  • Service interest — what they want (the label is customizable per business in Settings).
  • Assigned to — the owning team member.
  • Custom fields — any extra info your business tracks.

Working with leads#

  • Add leads one at a time, or bulk import from CSV.
  • Search instantly by name or phone number.
  • Filter by status, source, assigned member or service interest.
  • Export the current view to Excel.
  • Soft-delete — removed leads sit in trash, restorable for 30 days.
  • Customize columns — show, hide and reorder table columns; your layout is saved across sessions.
Duplicates handled for you. When importing, leads matched by phone number are skipped automatically, so re-importing a spreadsheet won't create duplicates.

The lead profile#

Click any lead to open its profile — a full history in one place, with three activity tabs:

  • Notes — timestamped notes stamped with who wrote them.
  • Call Log — record call summaries and duration.
  • Follow-ups — schedule and track next steps, with visual overdue indicators.

Status lives here too. You can change a lead's status from its profile, or drag its card on the Pipeline Board. A lead set to Won immediately reflects in your dashboard and reports.
