AI Agents
Six AI teammates that handle the repetitive parts of sales — qualifying leads, answering questions, booking demos, following up, and onboarding new customers — so you focus on the work that needs a human.
AI Agents
Meet the agents#
Selector — the traffic controller#
Reads every incoming message and decides which specialist should handle it. You never see Selector directly; it just routes work to the right teammate. Runs on every new inbound message.
Lead Qualifier — the first impression#
When a brand-new lead arrives, the Qualifier introduces your business, asks the right questions (budget, timeline, interest), updates the lead's status from New → Contacted → Interested, and hands hot leads to your team. Runs when a lead arrives from Meta Ads, a web form, or any channel.
FAQ Responder — the 24/7 answer machine#
Answers common questions (pricing, services, hours, location) using your Knowledge Base, in a friendly, on-brand tone, and escalates anything out of scope to a human. Runs any time a lead asks a question — capped at 50/month on Pro, unlimited on Max.
Appointment Booker — the calendar wizard#
Offers available slots, confirms the booking, adds it to the CRM as a follow-up, and sends reminders so nobody no-shows. Runs when a lead asks to book, or when the Qualifier hands off a hot lead.
Follow-up Agent — the polite reminder#
Re-engages quiet leads with a thoughtful nudge, respects quiet hours, and stops after a configurable number of attempts. Runs daily, checking leads that have gone cold.
Post-Sale Agent — the onboarding host#
Once a lead becomes a customer, it sends a welcome message, drips onboarding tips over the first week, and asks for feedback — logging everything on the lead profile. Runs when you mark a lead as Won.
How they work together#
A typical lead flows through several agents, always starting with the Selector:
Lead arrives
Selector routes
Specialist replies
Hand-off to a human
Configuring your agents#
To get the most out of the agents:
- Fill in your Knowledge Base so the FAQ Responder and Qualifier have accurate answers.
- Connect a channel — WhatsApp is where most agent conversations happen.
- Tune tone, quiet hours and hand-off rules in Automations.
