Scheduling a follow-up#
From any lead's profile, open the Follow-upstab and add one with a specific date, time and an optional note like “Send proposal” or “Confirm site visit”. That's it — it now appears on the dashboard, the follow-ups page, and (optionally) lands as a reminder in your inbox or on Telegram.
The follow-ups page#
A dedicated page collects every follow-up, split into three clear buckets so you always know where to look first:
- Overdue — past due and highlighted in red.
- Due today — handle these before you log off.
- Upcoming — what's on the horizon.
Mark a follow-up done directly from the list — no need to open the lead first.
Automated reminders#
Salesvora can nudge you before a follow-up is due, through more than one channel:
- Email — a reminder to the team member's registered email.
- Telegram — a direct message via the Salesvora bot. See Telegram Bot.
Reminder timing is configurable — choose how far ahead you're warned:
