Catalogue

The Catalogue is the list of what you actually sell, with prices. Your AI agents quote from it word for word, and send leads a tappable menu instead of a wall of text.

Without a catalogue, an agent can only describe your offerings in prose it pieced together from your FAQs. With one, it has exact names, exact prices, and a way for the lead to choose one by tapping — which also tells you which offering they picked.

Adding items#

1

Open the Catalogue

Go to Settings → Catalogue and click Add item.
2

Choose product or service

Pick Physical product for something you ship or stock, or Service / course for a package, programme or appointment. Both accept a price, description and image.
3

Fill in the details

Name and price do most of the work. Add a price unit (“per month”) and duration (“6 months”) when they apply, and a short description the agent can use to answer follow-up questions.
4

Save

The item is live for your agents straight away. There is no separate sync step.
Leave the price blank for custom quotes. An item with no price shows as “Price on request”. The agent will say your team will share the figure rather than inventing one.

How leads see it#

When a lead asks what you offer, asks to compare, or asks about more than one item, the agent sends a WhatsApp menu rather than typing a list:

  • Two or three items arrive as reply buttons.
  • Four to ten items arrive as a list menu with the price under each name.

When the lead taps one, that offering is recorded on their lead record, their buyer intent moves up, and the agent picks the conversation up from there — it won't ask again what they were interested in.

Prices come only from the Catalogue. Agents are instructed never to invent, round, discount or convert a price. If something isn't in the Catalogue, they will say it isn't offered rather than guess — so keep it up to date.

Images#

Upload an image on any item (JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB). On the Max plan, agents can send that image with the name and price as a caption when a lead asks about that one item. On Pro, agents answer in text.

Hiding an item without deleting it#

Toggle an item to Hidden to take it off the menu while keeping its history and any leads linked to it. Use out of stock instead when the item still exists but isn't currently available — the agent will say so and suggest the closest alternative.

Plans#

The Catalogue is available on Pro (up to 50 items) and Max (up to 500 items). See Plans & Limits.
